Title:
THERMALLY PRESS-BONDING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06114940
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a thermally press-bonding apparatus which has high heat insulation effect from a heater block to a base and excellent assembling operability and safety.

CONSTITUTION: A base 2 mounted on a lower surface of a vertically moving driver 1 is connected to a heater block 5 containing a heater via bolts 9 in a state that four steel balls 3 held on a heat sink 12 are interposed, and a protrusion 11 of thermoplastic resin 10 is heated and pressurized by a pressure contact part 6a of a punch block 6 mounted at the lower surface of the block 5. Thus, temperature rises of the spheres can be suppressed, and when the base is connected to the block via the spheres, the three members can be held at a unitarily positional relationship.
