A temperature responding member 25 is provided, which seats the lower wall member 18 in the partition member 6 at high temperature time and separates the member 18 from the partition member 6 at low temperature time. A first seal part 28 closing a flow in the lead-through path from the fluid passing passage, when the lower wall member 18 is seated in the partition member 6, is formed between the lower wall member 18 and the partition member 6. A second seal part 29 closing a flow in the lead-through path from the fluid passing passage, when the valve member 17 is seated in the partition member 6, is formed between the valve member 17 and the partition member 6.
