To provide a thermally shrinkable film that starts shrinking at a low temperature and gives excellent shrunk finish.
The thermally shrinkable film is produced by at least monoaxially stretching a polymer mixture of (A) a styrenic hydrocarbon copolymer comprising ≥80 wt.% of styrenic hydrocarbon, having a specific storage elastic modulus characteristic and having at least one peak temperature of the loss elastic modulus in the temperature range from 20-80°C and (B) a block copolymer from a styrenic hydrocarbon and a conjugated diene-based hydrocarbon having a specific storage elastic modulus characteristic and a specific peak temperature of the loss elastic modulus, where the resultant shrinkable film satisfies at least one of ≥10% thermal shrinkage in the main shrinking direction for 10 seconds in 70°C hot water or ≥40% thermal shrinkage for 10 seconds in 80°C hot water.
