Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a thermister resistance value measurement device having the capability of measuring a resistance value with high accuracy in a short measurement time.
CONSTITUTION: This device is equipped with a positioning robot 50 having an arm 48 with a contact probe 52 fitted to the forward end thereof, a scanner 56 for changing over the contact probe 52 at the time of measuring a resistance value, a multi-meter 58 for measuring a resistance value, and a personal computer 60 for performing comparative calculation about a standard thermister resistance value measured with the meter 58 and the resistance value of a measured thermister, and finding measurement accuracy.
