Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermistor element capable of adjusting a resistance value of a thermistor element after firing and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a thermistor element 3 having a thermistor part 49 which is a sintered body made of a thermistor material and a pair of electrode wire lines 25 buried in the thermistor part 49 and at least one end of which protrudes to the outside of the thermistor part 49, by performing removal processing for removing a part of the thermistor part 49, a resistance value of the thermistor element 3 is adjusted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
