Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a thermistor which can measure a plurality of temperatures at the same time. CONSTITUTION:Three electrode elements 3 are arranged in parallel and bonded on a substrate 2 made of alumina. Then, a thermistor film 4, which covers the entire surfaces of the electrode elements 3, is formed by a sputtering method. Furthermore, three electrode elements 5 are arranged thereon so as to cross the electrode elements 3, and a thermistor 1 is formed. At this time, nine parts, where the electrode elements 3 and the electrode elements 5 are intersected, can be made to be the temperature measuring points.
