Title:
THERMO-BONDING INTERLINING COMPRISING FIBER LAYER INTERMINGLED WITH TEXTURED WEFT YARN AND ITS PRODUCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07189099
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a thermo-bonding interlining of a low production cost and having particularly combined characteristics of base materials for woven fabrics and non-woven fabrics.

CONSTITUTION: A thermo-bonding interlining 1 comprising at least one non- woven layer 4 of intermingled fibers or filaments 2 coated with dots 22 of thermo-fusible polymer on one face of the layer and knitting yarns, so-called weft yarns 3 of textured continuous filaments disposed crosswise to the longitudinal direction and bonded to the layer 4 as a result of the intermingling of the filaments 2 of the layer 4. The interlining 1 comprising only one non-woven layer 4 on a prescribed face of which the weft yarns 3 are partially exposed and the dots 22 of thermo-fusible polymer are deposited. The thermo-bonding interlining comprising two non-woven layers 4 of filaments 2 in which the weft yarns 3 are sandwiched therebetween and having ≥60/cm2 number of dots of the polymer.
