PURPOSE: To enable highly sensitive measurement by providing a light capturing element in a casing across an interval from a light incidence window or an opening and providing a radiation element toward the light capturing element from the light incidence window or the opening.
CONSTITUTION: An opening 2 of a casing 1 is sealed by a light incidence window 3 through which a beam of light penetrates, and a sensor carrier 4 having a thin film-like radiation element 8 is provided therein. An inner wall face of the casing 1 is like spherical face mirror body to form a light capturing element 9. A linear cross section section is provided on a wall face of the casing 1 to limit an opening angle of the element 9 and the incident window 3 and limit the opening angle by the length of the linear section. In this way, since the casing 1 constitutes the element 9 at the same time and the incident window 3 is sealed, an optical system does not become dirty and the size of the element 9 is suppressed to the minimum size.
