PURPOSE: To stably form a sharp image capable of controlling the electrostatic charge property from the inside of a toner and having excellent offset resistance, a low fixing temperature, excellent blocking resistance, and no photographic fog and to easily clean the untransferred toner on a photosensitive body in the blade cleaning.

CONSTITUTION: In a thermo-pressure fixing capsule toner constituted of a heat- melting core containing at least a coloring agent and an outer shell provided to cover the surface of the core, the main constituent of the core is made of the thermoplastic resin obtained by polymerizing 0.05-20 pts.wt. of a α,β-ethylenic polymerizable monomer (A) containing amino group and 99.95-80 pts.wt. of another α,β-ethylenic polymerizable monomer (B), and projections are partially provided on the surface of the toner containing inorganic fine grains in the core.
