Abstract:
To provide a pitch-based carbon short fiber filler having a high thermoconductivity and a high molding property, and a compounded molding material.
This carbon short fiber filler is characterized by having a closed graphene sheet at the end face of a filler as observed by a transmission type electron microscope, and the small unevenness of the filler surface as observed by the transmission microscope. Also a controlled mean fiber diameter and distribution of the same is prepared and the compounded molded article is also produced by using the same.
