Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability through accurate temperature measurement and to seal up both the inside and outside of a to-be-detected object for along period.
SOLUTION: Through holes 7 and 7' are opened at a plug body 6 of metal material, and the intermediate parts in longitudinal direction of metal wires 8 and 8' of thermo-couple material are inserted in the through holes 7 and 7' together with coated parts 9 and 9'. Under this state, a both end side end surface of the plug body 6 positioned around the through holes 7 and 7' is plastic-deformed with a pressurizing jig and recessed parts 11 and 11' are formed on the end surface side of a male screw part 6a and on the end surface side of a head part 6B, respectively. Thus, the peripheral wall part of the through holes 7 and 7' is reduced diametrally together with the coat parts 9 and 9' of the metal wires 8 and 8', and the interval between the coat parts 9 and 9' of the metal wires 8 and 8' and the through holes 7 and 7' is sealed up in air/liquid tight manner by plastic flow. Under the condition, one-end sides of the metal wires 8 and 8' protruding from the male crew part 6a side of the plug body 6 are jointed together to form a hot junction 10.
