Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a molding of high quality and productivity by supplying a required quantity of a defoamed main agent and a catalyst at a specified mixing ratio to a mixer and mixing these components.
CONSTITUTION: A catalyst and a defoamed main agent accumulated in a catalyst cylinder 200 and a main agent cylinder 211 through a defoaming means M respectively are received by a mixer 215 through a catalyst switching valve 3 and a main agent switching valve 210 respectively. In addition, these components are stirred and mixed and the mixture is injected into the cavity 226 of a die 218.
