Title:
THERMODEVELOPING PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS59177550
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make an image having a high density obtainable by developing under heating for a short time by disposing photosensitive silver halide, binder and a dye donative material having the property to release a hydrophilic dye as well as a specific compd. on a base.

CONSTITUTION: Photosensitive silver halide, binder and a dye donative material which has a reducing property to the photosensitive silver halide and releases a hydrophilic dye by reacting with the photosensitive silver halide when heated as well as the compd. selected from the compds. expressed by the formulas I , II, III as a developing accelerator are disposed on a base. If such developing accelerator is used, the developing time can be reduced and the generation of a photographic fog is prevented. A in the formulas denotes alkyl, alkenyl, etc., an alicyclic hydrocarbon group and an aryl group, B denotes a bivalent group of hydrocarbon, Z denotes the non-metallic group forming a heterocyclic group together with N, R1WR4 denotes H, alkyl, alkenyl, N-contg. heterocyclic group or acyl group. The dye image having a high density is obtd. by heating the above-mentioned photosensitive material for a short time after exposure.
