Title:
Thermoelectric conversion elements, an electric conduction film, an organic semiconductor device, and a conductive constituent
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6250512
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a thermoelectric conversion element with a high thermoelectromotive force; a conductive film with high conductivity; an organic semiconductor device arranged by use of such a conductive film; and a conductive composition for manufacturing such a conductive film.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion element 10 comprises: a thermoelectric conversion layer 14 including a π conjugated polymer. The π conjugated polymer has a repeating unit represented by the formula below, is doped with carriers. In the formula, A represents a divalent conjugated coupling group having a condensed ring structure; Y represents a single bond, a -CH=CH- group, a -N=N- group, an arylene group, a heteroarylene group or a -NR- group, in which Rrepresents a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic hydrocarbon group, an aryl group or a heteroaryl group; Z represents a group expressed by a particular formula; Z is different from A; and the symbol * represents a bonding position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
