Abstract:
スピン流熱電変換素子におけるスピン流−電流変換効率を更に向上させるために、熱電変換素子は、面内磁化を有する磁性体層と、磁性体層と磁気的に結合する起電体層と、を備える。起電体層は、スピン軌道相互作用を発現する第1の伝導体と、第1の伝導体よりも電気伝導性が低い第2の伝導体と、を備える。
