Abstract:
To provide a thermoelectric conversion material that has excellent thermoelectric characteristics and is stable, and a thermoelectric conversion element and a thermoelectric conversion module using the same.SOLUTION: In a thermoelectric conversion material including a sintered body of a compound containing a dopant, the dopant concentration is measured for each of a plurality of compound particles observed in the cross section of the sintered body, and the calculated standard deviation of the dopant concentration is 0.15 or less. Here, the compound is preferably one or more selected from a MgSi compound, a MnSi compound, a SiGe compound, a MgSiSn compound, and a MgSn compound.SELECTED DRAWING: None
