Abstract:
To provide a thermoelectric conversion material using an electroconductive polymer, capable of enhancing thermal conversion efficiency by significantly improving electric conductivity.
The thermoelectric conversion material, containing an electroconductive polymer, a carbon nano-tube, and an onium salt compound, has electrical conductivity anisotropy of 1.5 to 10. A material having enhanced thermal conversion characteristics is obtained as a result of the onium salt compound functioning as an excellent dopant by generating acid when a specific external energy is provided under a coexistence of the onium salt compound.
