Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ZnO-based thermoelectric conversion material excellent in thermoelectric conversion characteristics.SOLUTION: The ZnO-based thermoelectric conversion material contains ZnO and an inorganic material having a lower thermal conductivity than ZnO. The inorganic material is preferably at least one selected from SiO2, ZrO2, MgO-SiO2, 2MgO-SiO2, 2MgO-2Al2O3-5SiO2, and 3Al2O3-2SiO2. The particle diameter of the ZnO is preferably 20 μm or less. The particle diameter of the inorganic material is preferably 20 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
