Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion module capable of efficiently converting heat of a heat source body into electricity.SOLUTION: For one P-type thermoelectric conversion element 3, a high temperature side support plate 1 and a low temperature side support plate 2 that are independent are bonded at a top face side and a bottom face side. For one N-type thermoelectric conversion element 4, the high temperature side support plate 1 and the low temperature side support plate 2 that are independent are bonded at a top face side and a bottom face side. The P-type thermoelectric conversion element 3 and the N-type thermoelectric conversion element 4 are bonded in series to each other by a high temperature side metal foil 13 that is disposed over the top face of the P-type thermoelectric conversion element 3 and the top face of the N-type thermoelectric conversion element 4, and a low temperature side metal foil 17 that is disposed over the bottom face of the P-type thermoelectric conversion element 3 and the bottom face of the N-type thermoelectric conversion element 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
