Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a low-cost, compact, high-efficiency thermoelectric device suitable for application to a curved surface and with an enhanced productivity and its manufacturing method and device. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with an insulating tubular substrate 4, an Ettingshausen element thin film 6 formed spirally at a specified interval on a surface of the insulating tubular substrate 4, a magnetic thin film 5 which is formed to a band shape between the Ettingshausen element thin films 6 and magnetized in an axial direction of the insulating tubular substrate 4 and electrodes 7, 8 which are connected to a specified place of the Ettingshausen element thin film 6 to make a current flow practically vertically to a magnetic field direction generated by the magnetic thin film 5 inside the Ettingshausen element thin film 6.
