Abstract:
To provide a thermoelectric element, a power generation device, an electronic device, and a manufacturing method of the thermoelectric element capable of suppressing deterioration of wiring connected to an electrode unit.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric element 1 that converts thermal energy into electric energy includes a first substrate 11a having a first main surface 11af, a second substrate 11b having a second main surface 11bf facing the first main surface 11af, a first electrode portion 12a separated from the second substrate 11b and a second electrode portion 12b having a different work function from the first electrode portion 12a, a support portion 13 provided between the first substrate 11a and the second substrate 11b, an intermediate portion 14 provided between the first electrode portion 12a and the second electrode portion 12b and containing nanoparticles, and a first connection wiring 15 that is in contact with the first electrode portion 12a between the first substrate 11a and the support portion 13, or between the second substrate 11b and the support portion 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
