Abstract:
To provide a thermoelectric transducer which is excellent in flexibility and can create a large temperature difference in the thickness direction of the thermoelectric transducer, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric transducer 1 is composed of a laminate of a polymeric nonwoven fabric 3 in which electrically conductive particles 4 and thermoelectric semiconductor particles 6 are held or contained, and a polymer resin sheet 2 in which conductive particles and thermoelectric semiconductor particles are contained, where at least one layer of the polymeric nonwoven fabric is included in the laminate. A method for manufacturing the thermoelectric transducer manufactures the polymeric nonwoven fabric 3 by electrospinning.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
