Abstract:

To provide a thermoelectric transfer device and thermoelectric transfer device unit wherein variations in distance between adjacent contacts can be eliminated, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the thermoelectric transfer device.

The thermoelectric device 12 comprises a core material 20 and a group of thermo-couples which is formed into a helical pattern on the external surface of the core material 20. The group of thermo-couples is constituted by alternately arranging a plurality of first metal wires 23 and a plurality of second metal wires 24 and connecting them to each other. Contacts 25 which are connections between the first metal wires 23 and the second metal wires 24 are located every 180° in the circumferential direction around the center of axis O of the core material 20, resulting in eliminating variations in distance between the adjacent contacts 25.
