To obtain a molded product to which antibacterial properties and deodorizing properties are applied by thermoforming a molding sheet wherein a photocatalytic film containing a photocatalytic material and silica is formed on the surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet.
A photocatalytic film 5 is provided on the surface of a molding sheet (s) by laminating a silica (SiO2) layer 3 and a photocatalyst layer 4 comprising a photocatalytic material such as chemically stable titania (TiO2), zinc oxide(ZnO) or tin oxide(SnO2) on the surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet 1 comprising an ABS resin, HIPS or PP through an adhesive layer 2. Further, by applying light-resistant oxidizable coating containing a photocatalyst such as photocatalyst-containing silicone coating to the surface of the thermoplastic resin sheet to cure the coated sheet, photocatalytic coating can be also applied. The photocatalytic coating can be doped with a metal such as Ag, Cu or Zn and, by this method, bacteria bonded to the surface of the thermoplastic resin sheet can be killed.
