Abstract:
To provide a thermophotovoltaic element, thermophotovoltaic device and manufacturing method for thermophotovoltaic element, capable of improving conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: The thermophotovoltaic element includes: an emitter forming near-field light by heating; a photosensor opposing to the emitter and converting the near-field light into electricity; and a spacer mounted between the emitter and the photosensor and coming into contact with a surface of the emitter and a surface of the photosensor.
