To obtain a thermoplastic coating agent composition which can promote slip characteristics of a foamed polyurethane sheet by only coating it to its one surface without disposing a lining material and without using a special material for the foamed polyurethane sheet.

The thermoplastic coating agent composition which improves sliding friction resistance has been obtained as a result of many investigations in order to solve the above problem, comprises an ethylene-based or a propylene-based polymer, a tackifier, wax, and a lubricant and promotes the slip characteristics by coating on the foamed polyurethane sheet.
