Abstract:

To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition for powder molding which gives a molten resin with good flowability, allows a powder slush molding, and is excellent in heat resistance, marring resistance, oil resistance and weatherability, and its powder.

The thermoplastic elastomer composition for powder molding is characterized by comprising (a) 100 pts.wt. of a hydrogenated conjugated diene copolymer, (b) 20-200 pts.wt. of a petroleum-based hydrocarbon resin having a softening point of 80-170°C and a temperature, at which it has a melt viscosity of 10 P, of 120-250°C, and (c) 5-100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin having a melting point measured by DSC of 70-140°C and a melt viscosity at 140°C of 400-100,000 cP. The powder comprises the composition.
