Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer composition which is excellent in performance as a thermoplastic elastomer, e.g. heat resistance and mechanical characteristics, and is producible by an economically excellent method.SOLUTION: A thermoplastic elastomer composition contains a branched olefinic copolymer which comprises a principal chain consisting of a copolymer of ethylene, an α-olefin and a diene and a side chain(s) originated from a crystalline propylene polymer containing a vinyl group at one terminal, in a diene content of the principal chain of 0.1-10 mol%. Its production method is also provided.
