Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition having good heat resistance, flexibility and thermal conductivity and excellent molding processability.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermoplastic elastomer composition which comprises: (A1) a carboxyl group-containing acrylic rubber; (A2) an epoxy group-containing acrylic rubber; (B) a thermoplastic polyester resin; (C) a compatibility agent composed of a predetermined graft copolymer; and (D) a thermally conductive filler, and contains a molar ratio between the carboxyl group of (A1) and the epoxy group of (A2) of 0.7 to 1.5, 71 to 85 pts.mass of the total (A1) +(A2), 15 to 29 pts.mass of (B), 1 to 20 pts.mass of (C) based on the total 100 pts.mass of (A1)+(A2)+(B), 20 to 900 pts.mass of (D) based on the total 100 pts.mass of (A1)+(A2)+(B), where further (A1) and (A2) contain no ethylene and contain at least one of compounds represented by the following formula (1): (where, R is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; a is 0 or 1; and b is an integer of 1 to 8.)
