To provide a thermoplastic polyolefin resin skin material having a top coat layer that is excellent in sliding property of surface, surface touch feeling, scuffing property, wear resistance and chemical resistance and, as necessary, is excellent in matting effect, too and, moreover, is such an environment-friendly product excellent from the view point of green-house gas reduction that carbon dioxide can be made a carbon starting material.
The thermoplastic polyolefin resin skin material includes a thermoplastic polyolefin resin sheet and a top coat layer directly formed on the sheet or the top coat layer formed via a primer layer formed on the sheet, wherein the top coat layer is primarily comprising polysiloxane-modified polyhydroxypolyurethane resin derived from reaction between a five-membered cyclic carbonate compound and an amine-modified polysiloxane compound.
