Abstract:
To provide a thermoplastic polyurethane resin which is applied to laminating, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A thermoplastic polyurethane resin is formed by polymerization reaction of an isocyanate component, a polyol component, a chain extender component and a chain stopper component. The polyol component contains first polyol, and second polyol. The number average molecular weight of the first polyol is 600 g/mol-2,000 g/mol. The number average molecular weight of the second polyol is 1,500 g/mol to 3,000 g/mol. The chain extender component contains a first chain extender and a second chain extender. The first chain extender is dihydric alcohol having a carbon chain length of 2 to 6. The molecular structure of the first chain extender is straight chain and symmetrical. The second chain extender is dihydric alcohol having 3 to 10 carbon atoms. The molecular structure of the second chain extender has a side chain or an ether group. The chain stopper component is monohydric alcohol having 4 to 18 carbon atoms.SELECTED DRAWING: None
