The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 5-90 pts.wt. of a polyethylene terephthalate resin (A) which has a glycol component including cyclohexanedimethanol and 10-95 pts.wt. of a functional group-containing rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin (B) obtained by the copolymerization of a rubbery polymer with a monomer mixture comprising 5-30 wt.% of a (meth)acrylate monomer, 90-70 wt.% of a styrene-based monomer, 1-20 wt.% of a reactive functional group-containing vinyl-based monomer and 0-30 wt.% of another vinyl-based monomer which is copolymerizable, where (A) and (B) makes 100 pts.wt.
