Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition composed of a styrene-based resin, a polyamide resin and a modified hydrogenated block copolymer, excellent in chemical resistance and impact resistance and suitable for industrial materials such as an automobile and an electric.electronic material. CONSTITUTION:With (A) 20-80 pts.wt. polystyrene and/or high impact polystyrene, preferably having 50000-500000 weight-average molecular weight, (B) 20-80 pts.wt. polyamide resin (e.g. nylon 6 or nylon 66) preferably having 1.8-6.8 relative viscosity (in 96% sulfuric acid at 25 deg.C) and (C) 5-40 pts.wt. hydrogenated copolymer modified by grafting of an unsaturated carboxylic acid (anhydride) are blended so that the total amount may be 100 pts.wt.
