To obtain the subject composition comprising a polycarbonate resin, a rubber-modified styrene-based graft copolymer, a styrene-based copolymer, a compatibilizing agent, a phosphorus-based compound and a fluorinated polyolefin, excellent in flame retardance and mechanical properties and useful as housings for electrical and electronic products.
This composition comprises (A) 45-95 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic polycarbonate resin, (B) 1-50 pts.wt. of a styrene-based graft copolymer obtained from a mixture of styrene, etc., with acrylonitrile, etc., and butadiene, etc., (C) 0.5-50 pts.wt. of a styrene-based copolymer, (D) 0.5-50 pts.wt. of a compatibilizing agent, (E) a phosphoric ester compound represented by the formula [R1, R2, R4 and R5 are each a (substituted) 6-20C aryl; R3 is a (substituted) 6-30C aryl; M is 0-5] in an amount of 0.5-20 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the total amount of the components A, B and C and (F) a fluorinated polyolefin resin (having 0.05-1,000 μm particle diameter and 2.0-2.3 g/cm3 density) in an amount of 0.05-5 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the total amount of the components A, B and C.
