PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin dissolved in a solvent and a carbonblack suspension in water are mixed and the water and solvent are separated and removed to produce title composition in which the carbonbalck is efficiently dispersed in the resin.
CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin in an amount of 100 parts by wt that is dissolved in an organic solvent in an amount of 0.8W2.0 times as much as the volume of DBP (dibutyl phthalate) adsrobed on the carbonback and 100W800 parts of carbon black with a specific surface area of 600W1800 m2/g that is dispersed in water in 0.1W10wt% concentration are mixed to form the resin phase and the water phase and the carbon black in the water phase is shifted into the resin phase by stirring.
