Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent heat resistance, impact resistance, oil resistance and water resistance by mixing in melt a polyamide-based resin, a resin selected from specific resin group and a specific multiphase-structured thermoplastic resin as a compatibilizer. CONSTITUTION:(A) 99-1wt.% polyamide-based resin is mixed with (B) 1-99wt.% at least one resin selected from a polyphenylene ether-based resin, a mixture of said resin and a styrenic polymer or an aromatic polyester-based resin, etc. Next, total 100 pts.wt. of components A+B is mixed in melt with (C) 0.1-100 pts.wt. multiphase-structured thermoplastic resin composed of 5-95wt.% acid group-containing olefin (co)polymer obtained by adding >=1 species of a vinyl monomer, a radically (co)polymerizable organic peroxide and a radical polymerization initiator respectively to an aqueous suspension of an acid group-containing olefin (co)polymer and polymerizing at specific condition and 95-5wt.% vinyl- based (co)polymer in which one (co)polymer forms dispersing phase to afford the aimed resin composition.
