To obtain the subject sheet which is prepared by extruding a specific thermoplastic resin composition in a sheet and useful for an electronic and electric appliances and as an illumination cover excellent in antistatic property, durability thereof, external appearance and transparency.

This sheet is formed by extruding a composition which contains (A) 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl copolymer obtained by copolymerizing 90-50wt.% of a methyl methacrylate monomer, 0-40wt.% of a vinyl monomer capable of copolymerizing with this monomer and 10-50wt.% of an aromatic vinyl monomer, (B) 2-15 pts.wt. of a block copolyamide resin derived from a polymide block bearing carboxyl moieties on both terminals and an alkylene oxide adduct to an aromatic diol and (C) 0.1-5 pts.wt. of a sodium alkyl (benzene)sulfonate, from an extruder through a sheet-forming die into a sheet less than 3.2mm thick.
