This thermoplastic resin composition with low bend whitening tendency is obtained by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of a rubber-modified thermoplastic resin with (B) 1-100 pt(s).wt. of an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based polymer 500-10,000 in weight-average molecular weight containing ≥70 pts.wt. of alkyl (meth)acrylate unit; wherein the resin A consists of (a) a graft polymer ≥20% in graft ratio produced by (co)polymerization of at least one of an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer, an aromatic vinyl-based monomer and vinyl cyanide-based monomer in the presence of a rubbery polymer, or consists of the polymer (a) and (b) a polymer produced by (co)polymerization of at least one of an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer, an aromatic vinyl-based monomer and vinyl cyanide-based monomer, and contains 20-70 wt.% of the rubbery polymer.
