To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in impact resistance and also excellent in coloring property, weather resistance, rigidity, heat resistance and workability.
This thermoplastic resin composition comprises (H) 100 pts.wt. resin composition mentioned below and (I) 0.005-5 pts.wt. organic silicone oil: the resin composition H comprises insoluble matter in methyl ethyl ketone which consists of (R) rubber polymer contained in an amount of 5-40 wt.% in the composition H and (G) a graft copolymer having a graft ratio of 15-150 wt.% and made up of (M) monomer residues of at least two kinds selected from the group consisting of a vinyl cyanide compound residue, an aromatic vinyl compound residue, an alkyl (meth)acrylate residue, a maleimide compound residue and a comonomer residue with proviso that two kinds of monomers are selected from the above group except the comonomer residue when the monomer residues M is composed of two kinds of monomers, and soluble matter in methyl ethyl ketone which is composed of (F) a polymer made up of the same monomer residues as the monomer residues M and having reduced viscosity (30°C, 0. 3 dL/g N,N-dimethylformamide solution) of 0.3-2 dL/g. The rubber polymer R consists of 15-100 wt.% of (A) an acrylic rubber polymer and/or (B) a silicone-based rubber polymer both having a volume average particle diameter of 10-1,000 nm and 0-85 wt.% of (C) a diene-based rubber polymer having a volume average particle diameter of 50-1,500 nm.
