PURPOSE: To provide a thermoplastic resin compsn. having excellent flexibility, transparency, heat resistance, moldability, etc, by blending an ethylene/carbon monoxide/vinyl acetate copolymer and a thermoplastic urethane elastomer with a vinyl chloride resin.
CONSTITUTION: A vinyl chloride resin (A) and an ethylene/carbon monoxide/ vinyl acetate copolymer (B) having an ethylene content of 40W85wt% a carbon monoxide content of 5W20wt% and a vinyl acetate content of 15W50wt%, such as Elvaloy 741 (a product of du Pont de Nemours & Co.) are mixed together in a weight ratio of A to B of 100:5W100:20. 10W150pts.wt. thermoplastic urethane elastomer such as polyester urethane obtd. by reacting a polyester diol with a diisocyanate compd. is mixed with 100pts.wt. above mixture to obtain the desired thermoplastic resin compsn.
