PURPOSE: To make it possible to form a resin composition excellent in permanent antistatic property, by mixing a thermoplastic resin with a polyether-ester- amide elastomer and a specified fluoroalkyl compound.

CONSTITUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises 100pts.wt. thermo plastic resin (a), 1W50pts.wt. polyether-ester-amide elastomer (b) and 0.01W10pts. wt. at least one member (c) selected from among monovalent metal salts of sulfonic or carboxylic acids of fluoroalkyl compounds of the general formula: Rf-Z-M (wherein Rf is a 1W3C perfluoroalkyl group, Z is -SO3- or -CO2-, and M is a monovalent metal). It is desirable that a resin having properties suitable for the purpose of use is selected as said thermoplastic resin. Component (b) includes also a polyether amide elastomer and a polyester amide elastomer. Examples of component (c) include CF3SO3Li, CF3SO3Na, CF3COOLi and CF3 COONa.
