Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which is excellent in impact resistance and water resistance and has heat resistance, mechanical properties and oil resistance inherent in polyamide resin by mixing a polyamide resin with a specified multiphase structure thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by mixing a polyamide resin with a multiphase structure thermoplastic resin which is a grafted precursor comprising a propylene polymer (A) and a vinyl copolymer (B) obtained from a vinyl monomer having an epoxy group and/or an acid group and another vinyl monomer and prepared by copolymerizing said vinyl monomer with at least one radical-polymerizable organic peroxide of formula I or II or a multiphase structure prepared by melt-kneading this precursor and in which either A or B forms a dispersed phase of a particle diameter of 0.001-10mu. In formulas I and II, R1 is H or 1-2C alkyl; R2 and R7 are each H or CH3; R6 is H or 1-4C alkyl; R3, R4, R8 and R9 are each 1-4C alkyl, R5 and R10 are each 1-12C alkyl, phenyl, alkyl-substituted phenyl or 3-12C cycloalkyl; m is 1 or 2; and n is 0, 1 or 2.
