Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a thermoplastic resin composition comprising a specific polyorganosiloxane thermoplastic resin and a vinylidene fluoride resin as main components and having small molding contraction rate, coloring clarity, stain resistance, chemical resistance, impact resistance and slidability. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 5-95wt.% of a thermoplastic resin which is produced by polymerizing A2: a vinylic monomer [e.g. (meth)acrylate ester] in the presence of A1: a modified polyorganosiloxane having an average particle diameter of 5000Angstrom and obtained by condensing 90-99.8wt.% of an organosiloxane of formula I (R<1> is monovalent hydrocarbon group; n is an integer of 0-3) with 10-0.2wt.% of a graft-crosslinking agent having both an unsaturated group and an alkoxysilyl group, and which has a content of the component A1 of 5-80wt.% and a grafting rate of >=10%, (B) 5-95wt.% of a vinylidene fluoride resin, and (C) 0-90wt.% of a (meth)acrylate ester (co)polymer, the content of the (meth)acrylate ester being 1-50wt.% as the monomer units.
