Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a resin compsn. excellent in heat resistance and org. solvent resistance as well as in the balance between rigidity and impact strength. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin compsn. comprises 5-70wt.% polyphenylene ether (a); 1-70wt.% hydroxyalkylated polyphenylene ether (b); 20-90wt.% satd. polyester (c); 1-35wt.% impact strength modifier (elastomer) (d); each wt.% is expressed sum of (a) to (d) as 100wt.%, and a compd. having both an unsatd. group and a polar group in the same molecule (e), the amt. of which is 0.1-20 pt.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. components (a) to (d).
