PURPOSE: To obtain the composition composed of a specified ratio of a specific thermoplastic resin, a specified rubber-modified thermoplastic resin, a polyamide, etc., and an ethylene-α-olefin-based copolymer, etc., excellent in heat resistance, impact resistance and moldability and useful for, e.g. interior and exterior decoration in the field of car vehicle.
CONSTITUTION: This composition is composed of (A) 10-88.9wt.% thermoplastic resins made up by 20-90wt.% aromatic vinyl compound, 9.5-60wt.% unsaturated dicarboxylic acid imide compound and 0.5-20wt.% unsaturated carboxylic acid (anhydride), (B) 10-88.9wt.% polyamide and/or thermoplastic polyester, (C) l-50wt.% rubber-modified thermoplastic resin synthesized by conducting graft polymerization of an aromatic vinyl compound or a mixture of an aromatic vinyl compound and another vinyl compound copolymerizable therewith in the presence of an ethylene-α-olefin-based copolymer and/or a hydrogenated conjugated diene-based polymer and (D) 0.1-20wt.% ethylene-α-olefin-based copolymer and/or hydrogenated conjugated diene-based polymer.
