PURPOSE: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition having permanent antistatic properties, impact resistance and transparency, by blending a specific polyether amide with a specific graft copolymer.
CONSTITUTION: (A)1W40wt.% polyether ester amide obtained by polymerizing A1: ≥6C aminocarboxylic acid or lactam or salt of ≥6C diamine and a dicarboxylic acid with A2: polyethylene glycol and/or polypropylene oxyglycol having 200W2,000 number average molecular weight and A3: an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and/or an alicyclic dicarboxylic acid in the presence of a specific polymerization catalyst selected from organic zirconium compounds, etc., is blended with (B) 99W40wt.% graft polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture comprising acrylic acid ester monomer, etc., in the presence of a rubber-like polymer and (C) 0W20wt.% modified vinyl polymer in such a way that the difference in refractive index of two or three components of the components A, B and C is ≤0.02.
