Abstract:

To obtain the subject material useful as a sliding part such as a slider, capable of improving sliding characteristics, by controlling shear viscosity characteristics of a resin.

This thermoplastic resin material has a viscosity (η1) at 1×103/sec shear rate by a capillary rheometer having 1 mm pipe diameter and a viscosity ratio (η2/η1) of a viscosity (η2) at 1×103/sec shear rate by a capillary rheometer having 0.5 mm pipe diameter to the viscosity (η1) of 0.7-0.95. The thermoplastic resin is selected from a polyacetal resin, a polybutylene terephthalate resin and a polyarylene sulfide resin. Preferably the material comprises 0.1-30 pts.wt. of a sliding property modifying material based on 100 pts.wt. of the resin.
