PURPOSE: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition which can give a molded product which is substantially shrinkage-free, has a very smooth substantially fiber-free surface and has markedly improved impact strength.

CONSTITUTION: There is provided a thermoplastic resin molding composition containing a fiber-reinforced blend containing a modified polyurethane component and a thermoplastic copolyester, wherein the modified polyurethane component is a polyurethane modified with an aromatic polyester; the amount of the thermoplastic copolyester is about 10 to about 90 wt.% based on the weight of both resins; the amount of the modified polyurethane component is about 90 to about 10 wt.%; and the amount of the fibers is about 5 to about 60 wt.% based on the total weight of the thermoplastic copolyester, the modified polyurethane component, and the fibers.
