To provide a thermoplastic resin sheet suitable for a weedkilling sheet, capable of being well drained scarcely generating water pockets and having no problems from a hygienic viewpoint and a viewpoint of safety in agricultural work, while keeping a weedkilling function which conventional sheets have.

This thermoplastic resin sheet is woven by using tape yarn made of a thermoplastic resin and having a fineness of 300-2,000 dtex as the warp and the weft, wherein at least one of both the surfaces of the tape yarn used as the warp and/or the weft has a surfactant layer on it, and the sheet has a open area ratio of ≤0.1%.
