Abstract:
To provide a film in which a laminar compound is highly orientated although this idea is conventionally considered not viable, especially, as a film showing excellent mechanical characteristics, barrier properties, heat resistance, dimensional stability, etc.
This thermoplastic resin stretched multi-layer film has a laminated structre consisting of a total of not less than 8 layers and has 0.3 to 15 wt.% of added inorganic matter containing the laminar compound, with a thickness of 3 to 200 μm. In addition, the degree of plane orientation of an inorganic laminar compound to be measured by an X-ray diffraction process, falls within the range of 0.4 to 1.0.
